Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 4 – 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices
• Excellent design and technical detailing skills
• Strong problem identification and observation abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

1. Design Development & Execution

• Lead the design process from planning and concept development through completion, ensuring adherence to project objectives and design quality
• Prepare and review designs, presentations, architectural drawings, plans, and technical details

2. Project Coordination & Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, Structural, etc.) to align on design intent and project goals
• Ensure timely completion of planned activities and deliverables
• Address technical issues and provide design solutions throughout the project lifecycle

3. Technical Expertise & Quality Control

• Prepare and review detailed working drawings, plans, and technical details as per project standards and DCR
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, identify design-related issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency in design documentation

4. Deliverable Planning & Execution

• Plan and manage the timely delivery of design documentation, drawings, and presentation materials
• Coordinate with Project Architect and consultants for seamless phase completion
• Identify scheduling discrepancies and assist in resolving them

5. Team Support & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide Junior Architects by providing technical support and design direction

6. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Support client presentations and actively participate in design discussions
• Ensure client feedback is incorporated into design revisions
