Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Architect with 3–5 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will lead design development, oversee project execution, coordinate with clients and consultants and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead concept design, schematic design, and detailed drawings.
Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design solutions.
Prepare and review architectural plans, 3D visuals and working drawings.
Manage project timelines.
Collaborate with engineers, consultants and contractors for smooth workflow.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and interns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of proven architectural experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/D5 and Photoshop.
Strong design, detailing and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
