Senior Architect

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

External Consultant Coordination:

• Manage and coordinate with design architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, signage consultants, and other external stakeholders.
• Review and approve drawings, designs, and technical documentation.
• Ensure that external consultants deliver on time and meet project quality standards.
  

Project Oversight:

• Supervise the subordinate architects coordination of internal stakeholders (Sales, CRM, Marketing, Legal, Liaisoning).
• Monitor project progress against planning timelines and flag potential issues or delays.
• Provide strategic guidance and resolve complex design or structural challenges.
  

Drawing and Documentation Review:

• Preparing feasibility plans and area statements for new land parcels.
• Coordination with internal departments for land details, CAD files, applicable rules, etc.
  

Quality Assurance:

• Review architectural drawings and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.
• Ensure that project documentation is properly updated and shared with relevant departments.
  

Data Management and Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and distribute project data to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare progress reports and highlight potential bottlenecks.
  

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Facilitate approvals with relevant authorities in collaboration with internal teams.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in real estate or an architects office.
• Proficient in architectural software (AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, SketchUp, etc.) and project management tools.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Should be familiar with reading statutory documents in Marathi, Hindi and English.
