Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing architectural aspects of factory facilities, showrooms, office spaces, and product display environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, interior designers, and engineers to ensure architectural excellence that aligns with the brand's premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural planning and design of manufacturing facilities, showrooms, office spaces, and specialized furniture layouts.

Develop architectural concepts with a focus on ergonomics, sustainability, and functionality for premium furniture production and display.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, design, operations) to translate manufacturing needs into efficient spatial designs.

Prepare design drawings, layouts, 3D models, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and other tools.

Ensure all architectural solutions comply with regulatory standards and company policies.

Supervise execution of architectural works and conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality.

Design efficient workflow layouts within the manufacturing setup to support lean operations and safety.

Support interior and product design teams in planning exhibition and client experience zones.

Mentor junior architects and collaborate with vendors and consultants for timely project delivery.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.

Minimum of 12 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in manufacturing, industrial or commercial projects.

Strong understanding of spatial planning, industrial workflow, and premium design aesthetics.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction materials.

Experience working with furniture manufacturing or industrial plant layouts is highly preferred.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

COA registration is an added advantage.

Desirable Qualities:

Creative approach to integrating architectural design with premium branding.

Familiarity with modular furniture design and display concepts.

Experience in green building design and sustainable practices.
