Business Development Manager- Roles and Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends. Analyze competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead in the market. Lead Generation and Sales: Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Set and track sales targets, aligned with company goals. Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients and partners. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on business development activities and results. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research. Key Result Areas (KRAs): Achievement of sales and revenue targets. Successful generation and conversion of leads. Establishment of strategic partnerships and alliances. Market expansion and penetration. Client satisfaction and retention. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Percentage of sales targets achieved.
