Job Description

As a Senior Architect at the company, you will be at the forefront of the luxury architecture and interior design vertical. Your creative finesse and expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and innovation of designs. Responsibilities: - Lead the entire design process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients from concept to project completion. - Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their preferences and needs for creating bespoke design concepts. - Develop detailed design proposals, including mood boards, material selections, color schemes, and furniture layouts within budget constraints. - Collaborate with architects and contractors to seamlessly integrate design elements into the construction process. - Source materials, furnishings, and accessories from vendors, artisans, and suppliers aligned with the project's design vision. - Proficiency in FF&E drawings and experience in drafting GFC drawings, sections, elevations, and creating BOQs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's and preferably Master's degree in Architecture. - 5+ years of proven experience as an Architect with a portfolio demonstrating expertise. - In-depth knowledge of space planning, furniture design, lighting, textiles, and color theory. - Proficiency in AutoCAD is required, knowledge of Excel, Photoshop, and SketchUp is a plus. - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. - Industry connections with vendors, suppliers, and artisans are advantageous.
