Role & responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural drawings and construction documents (plans, sections, elevations, details). Translate conceptual designs and sketches into technical drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and coordination. Assist in the preparation of permit, tender, and construction drawing packages. Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, engineers, and project leads. Maintain project documentation and drawing standards. Conduct site visits to gather measurements and verify as-built conditions when required. Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and zoning regulations. Manage multiple drafting tasks across different stages of design and construction Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in architectural working drawings and drafting or working drawings in an architectural firm. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
