Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior BIM Architect proficient in Autodesk Revit with a strong interest in Building Information Modeling (BIM). This role focuses on creating and managing Revit families, producing accurate drafting and documentation, and supporting architectural projects to deliver high-quality BIM content and coordinated models. Key Responsibilities Create, modify, and maintain Revit families for furniture, fixtures, equipment, and building components. Prepare furniture layouts, finish plans, elevations, and construction details for hospitality and other projects. Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to translate project requirements into accurate BIM models. Ensure Revit content and models comply with industry standards, company protocols, and project-specific guidelines. Organize and maintain documentation of Revit families, including parameters and version history. Support BIM integration and workflows across project teams, including model coordination and clash detection/resolution. Participate in model reviews, identify issues, and implement improvements to model quality and efficiency. Stay current with BIM trends, Revit updates, and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 24 years of experience in architectural practice with a focus on BIM and Revit. You will be responsible for technically sound drafting under the guidance of Interior Designers and Engineers. Your main task will be to draw plans according to the specifications provided.
