Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets (residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors). Generate leads through market research, exhibitions, B2B portals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, architects, consultants, buying agencies, and channel partners. Having an established network and strong relations with international buying agencies is a must. Understand client requirements and present suitable product solutions, catalogs, and quotations. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets. Track global design trends and competitor activity to stay competitive. Key Requirements Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales/business development in the furniture or interior design industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge of international trade practices and documentation. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel internationally when required.
