Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in international markets (residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors).
  • Generate leads through market research, exhibitions, B2B portals, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, architects, consultants, buying agencies, and channel partners.
  • Having an established network and strong relations with international buying agencies is a must.

  • Understand client requirements and present suitable product solutions, catalogs, and quotations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly export sales targets.
  • Track global design trends and competitor activity to stay competitive.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in export sales/business development in the furniture or interior design industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade practices and documentation.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
