Key Responsibilities: - Project Design: - Develop design briefs and concepts based on project vision - Translate design direction into mood boards, renders, and drawings accurately - Design spaces by coordinating architectural layouts, furniture layouts, services, and materiality with detailed design capturing - Assist in material selection, preparation of sample boards, and finalization based on available budgets - Track, manage, and adhere to project schedules and deadlines effectively - Review and select FF&E in line with the design brief - Select accessories and style interior spaces - Coordination With Internal Team And External Consultants: - Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to finalize designs with all stakeholders - Provide design inputs for marketing renders - Incorporate branding effectively into the design story - Resolve design issues promptly to ensure project progress - Ensure timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones - Communicate design intent effectively through documentation Qualifications: - Experience in luxury interior design for residential and hospitality spaces - Minimum 10 years of experience with an interior design studio - Architect (B.Arch. graduate) with a strong inclination towards interior design At MAIA Estates, you will be part of a culture that values bold ideas, meticulous execution, and long-term sustainable impact.
