We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Architectural Designer to support the design and execution of residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural design, visualization, and construction coordination, with the ability to translate concepts into practical, code-compliant designs. Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent and support project execution Create comprehensive architectural layouts and working drawings in line with client requirements and project specifications Ensure design compliance with local building codes , safety standards, and project objectives Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, site execution teams, and vendors to enable seamless coordination Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify that construction aligns with approved plans Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback into refined deliverables Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology to improve design quality and project efficiency Candidate Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design within the real estate or construction sectors Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit , and other architectural visualization and drafting tools Strong design and visualization capabilities, with keen attention to detail Excellent communication and client interaction skills Knowledge of local building codes , construction techniques, and site coordination best practices
