Job Summary:

Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and planning for luxury residential and commercial high-rise projects from concept to completion.
  
• Develop design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings in alignment with project requirements and brand aesthetics.
  
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure design intent and functional integration.
  
• Liaise with external architects, design consultants, and statutory authorities for design approvals and compliance.
  
• Review and validate construction drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
  
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve design-related issues during execution.
  
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with budgets and client expectations.
  
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, sustainable architecture practices, and new materials.
  
• Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over

  AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop.

• Excellent understanding of

  building codes, NBC, DCR, and local authority guidelines.

• Proven expertise in

  high-rise design, faade detailing, and space optimization.

• Exceptional

  conceptualization, visualization, and presentation

  skills.
• Strong leadership and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  
• Master’s in Architecture / Urban Design (preferred).
  
• Must be a registered architect with COA (Council of Architecture).
  
• Minimum 10 years of experience with reputed real estate developers or architectural consultancies handling large-scale luxury or commercial projects.
