Senior Application Support Analyst

As a Senior Application Support Analyst at Barclays, you will be responsible for supporting the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to plan, budget, agreed quality, and governance standards. You will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to ensure unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work experience in incident and problem management/business analysis is strongly desired. - Good analytical investigation techniques. - Own, maintain, and track incidents through their entire lifecycle with strong analytical skills. - Flexible approach and ability to work under pressure. - Provide on-call support and be available 24/7 when on call. - Hands-on and able to work independently, with the ability to guide if required. - Possess good written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work under your initiative and handle pressure situations effectively. - Demonstrate good time management skills. - Previous second-line support experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Requires in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise. - Thorough understanding of the underlying principles and concepts within your area of expertise. - Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources. - Act as a contact point for stakeholders outside of the immediate function, while building a network of contacts outside the team and external to the organization.
