Job Title: Senior Angular Developer (Freelance) – Indian Army LMS Project

Project Duration: 1.5 months development + 6 months paid support

About the Project

We are upgrading and redeveloping a large-scale Learning & Leadership Management System (LLMS) for the Indian Army, deployed entirely on a secure intranet environment.
The platform includes end-to-end training management, question banks, auto-generated exam papers, approval workflows, dynamic MIS reports, syllabus management, course tracking, and more.

The Angular developer will work onsite at Jabalpur and collaborate with our backend team to deliver a highly stable, scalable, and user-friendly UI for the Army’s training ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

You will independently handle the complete frontend for all modules, including:

Major Enhancements to be Built

• Revamp Assessment Sheets, including dropdown grading, print option, approval route display, import/export, and bulk uploads. Rough Req.
• Build Question Bank UI with course-wise, subject-wise, topic-wise, and multi-field filtering.
• Implement Auto-Generation of Question Papers, bilingual support, simplified difficulty logic, batch-based common papers, and shortage alerts.
• UI for dynamic send-back in approval engine.
• Editable Weekly Training Program interface.
• Enhanced Course Management, syllabus export, and phase-based views.
• New Entrance Test module UI, including auto-generated QPs.
• UI to show post-exam marks to trainees (configurable per course).
• Archived courses and filterable content library with search.
• Dynamic MIS reports, custom query builder, and exportable formats.
• Human-readable codes for subjects, topics, and reduced bulk-upload errors.
• Improve UI/UX for scroll lock/navigation issues.
• Student dossier, visiting faculty database, and additional fields.
• Attendance module improvements (days, periods, percentages).
• Response Sheet viewer for exams.
• UI logic for negative marking rules and restricting marks below zero.
• GCR & ICR auto-generation interfaces.

Tech Stack Requirements

Frontend

• Expert in Angular (Latest & LTS Versions)
• Strong RxJS, Observables, Services, Guards, and Interceptor knowledge
• Angular Material / PrimeNG UI component experience
• State Management (NgRx or similar)
• Modular architecture + Lazy loading
• Seamless API integration with Spring Boot backend

Additional Requirements

• Strong UI/UX problem-solving skills (especially scroll and navigation fixes)
• Bulk upload handling (CSV/Excel)
• Form validations, nested forms, dynamic forms
• Experience with enterprise-level dashboards and reporting UI
• Ability to work onsite in a secure offline environment (intranet)

Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 6+ years of real Angular development experience
• Ability to single-handedly manage large-scale enterprise frontend
• Strong communication, documentation, and requirement interpretation
• Experience working on complex workflows, approval engines, and exam/assessment-like systems
• Must deliver within strict timelines (1.5 months)
