What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice support and BPO roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring across multiple business units.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to high-volume and niche requirements.
- Drive proactive talent sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and outcomes.
What you'll bring:
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in recruiting for voice support, customer service, and BPO roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics, candidate profiles, and hiring challenges.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics to drive performance.
