Job Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment for voice support and BPO roles, ensuring timely and quality hiring across multiple business units.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing strategies tailored to high-volume and niche requirements.
Drive proactive talent sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment drives.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience through efficient interview coordination, feedback management, and offer negotiations.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes and outcomes.

What youll bring:

5-8 years of hands-on experience in recruiting for voice support, customer service, and BPO roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of BPO industry dynamics, candidate profiles, and hiring challenges.
Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics to drive performance.
