Responsibilities

Completes checks and controls as per the timelines specified in the SOP and email updates.Respect the incident process definedProvides all required information for an L2 investigation, at one go.Emails sent to appropriate BO contacts fetched from outlook contacts list. Avoids copying contacts from an email sent previouslyHighlights network interruptions and instability, to the line manager rather waiting for things to go normal.Highlights abnormalities identified while performing the checks, to shift leads and not assume situations. Engages manager on duty in appropriate situations.Ensures acknowledgement to client emails are sent within 30 mins from the time of receipt of the email (by Q2).No misses in the KPI metrics agreed by the associate.Completes checks and controls as per the timelines specified in the SOP and email updates.No complaints from managers and other stakeholders, on the quality of workEngages the manager on duty with clear explanation of the incident.Uses the incident email template with all necessary stakeholders and support teams in copy.Performs all actions required from HSE during an incident, on GO from the manager on duty/appropriate tech teamsNo complaints on the validations performed during interventionsEfficient production & delivery maintaining quality and timelinessEnsures zero impact to business post any intervention through rigorous follow-up on the open action items
