Summary

• Provide analytics support to Novartis internal customers (CPOs & Regional marketing and sales teams) on various low-medium complexity analytical reports. -Support and facilitate data enabled decision making for Novartis internal customers by providing and communicating qualitative and quantitative analytics. -Support GBS -GCO business in building practice by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on-boarding and training support, support team lead in all business related tasks / activities, building process documentation and knowledge repositories -To be an integral part of a comprehensive design team responsible for designing promotional marketing materials.

Major Accountabilities

• Lead complex data analysis projects to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate analysis into business impact
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies. Support business units with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting needs.
• Assist in interpreting data and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Lead the design and development of advanced Power BI dashboards. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Power BI reports.
• Create complex DAX measures and optimize data models for performance.
• Implement row-level security and data governance best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to BI strategy and architecture
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Senior Analyst: 46+ years with proven experience in end-to-end BI solution delivery . Proficiency in statistical tools and techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) is a plus. Experience with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL. Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Azure, Snowflake). Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Agile environments and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.
• Exposure to performance tuning and advanced analytics techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) preferred
