About Corporate and Investment Banking & Investment Research (CIB & IR)

As a global leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll be working with a team that specializes in global market research, working with the top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investment banks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on deal origination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.

What you will be doing at Evalueserve

• Bachelor's/masters degree with a major in finance, economics, accounting or from a reputed institute
• 2 5 years of relevant experience in CRE credit analysis, commercial lending, or financial risk functions
• Exposure to North American (especially US/Canadian) CRE markets and financial reporting standards
• Strong command over credit concepts, real estate cash flow modeling, and borrower/guarantor assessment
• Excellent analytical, communication, and credit writing skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to manage timelines and work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to build strong team culture

What were looking for

• Conduct review processes for potential borrowers, ensuring compliance with established guidelines and policies.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and expertise in spreading financial statements of public and private companies and individuals using specified templates (Credit Lens/Excel or any other platform), following client guidelines.
• Review collectively the Borrowers Risk rating (BRR) utilizing the qualitative and quantitative inputs.
• Review covenant and collateral analysis.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the credit underwriting process.
• Familiarity with Probability of Default (PD) and Exposure at Default/Loss Given Default (EAD/LGD) for data quality review.
• Validate data and documents used in the credit approval process, ensuring adherence to client guidelines.
• Conduct financial analysis, including capital structure analysis and assessment of credit quality.
• Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
