Senior Analyst

The purpose of this role is to assist in the implementation and support of our business intelligence solutions. The role will be responsible for understanding data, data structures and BI reports, as well as general marketing technologies. The other part of responsibilities is to undertake Tableau Server Administration tasks.Location: MumbaiShift timing: 1PM - 10PM / 2PM - 11PMExperience: 3 to 4 yearsKey responsibilities:Build reports and dashboards independentlyQuality checks of reports and dashboardsEnhancements and bug fixes to dashboards and manages the implementationDevelop underlying data structures necessary to support dashboard developmentMaintain development and project level documentationTableau Server Administration - user access management, involvement in server updates, upgrades & migrationsManage permissions and security of reporting environmentsProactive, regular communication with internal and external stakeholdersPresent dashboards to clients and train them on using the dashboards.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training sessions.Must Haves:Tableau Dashboard development skills including the use of parameterized dynamic metrics and dimension, time intelligence calculations, dynamic zone visibility, the ability to understand the customers' business needs and design dashboards to satisfy those needs.Tableau Server AdministrationProfessional, fluent communication skills - written and verbal.Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics concepts.Good understanding of dashboard design best practices.Intermediate to expert level proficiency in SQL and data modelling for BI.Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in an interpersonal, collaborative, and communicative environment that values your unique perspective.Critical Thinking: Bring your analytical thinking to the table, helping us solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.Good To Have:Media knowledge – knowledge of the digital media marketing landscape.Additional tools: Knowledge or experience with other tools such as PowerBI & Qlik is a bonus.Embedding Capabilities: Understanding the embedding capabilities for Tableau.
