Job Description

Key Deliverables

Perform break resolution and lifecycle processing for fixed income and bank loan instruments.
Analyze discrepancies between client positions and clearing agents, and resolve trade breaks.
Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to ensure accurate settlement and trade life cycle handling.
Maintain MIS reports, perform control checks, and manage escalations within SLAs.

Role Responsibilities

Ensure process adherence, regulatory compliance, and market conduct standards.
Respond promptly to time-sensitive trading queries and support issue resolution.
Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
Support team through mentoring, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving.
