Job Description AND Principal Responsibilities This role covers below responsibilities within Northern TrustDevelopment, implementation, and customization of solution using ServiceNow GRC modulesAnalyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNowConfigure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management and Audit moduleConfigure and develop WorkflowsCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryStay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updatesTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applicationsShould be flexible for upskilling different skill set Experience/ Skills:Minimum qualificationAny Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience4-9 years hands on experience in IRM ServiceNow developmentRequired Skills:Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scriptingProficient in creating and managing workflows, REST integrations, and email notificationsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Nice to Have Skills:Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOpsKnowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration HubExperience with Agile methodologyServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable
