Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, mainly

  ITSM

  and

  HRSD

  modules.
• Build and maintain

  ServiceNow integrations

  using REST, SOAP, APIs, and MID Server.
• Configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and service catalog items.
• Work on upgrades, enhancements, and platform optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across ServiceNow modules.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, security, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in

  ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD

  modules.
• Expertise in

  ServiceNow scripting

  (GlideScript, GlideAjax, Server/Client scripts).
• Experience with

  integrations

  (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, web services).
• Good understanding of data models, workflows, UI/UX customization, and CMDB.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrades and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
