Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, developer or in a similar role. Experience in ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) modules is a plus.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, SPM, and CMDB.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices
