Job Title:

Senior AI Engineer

Location:

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge

LLM-powered

agentic AI

solutions. The role requires deep expertise in

RAG pipelines

prompt engineering

, and scalable deployment of AI systems in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, including:

Data ingestion pipelines
Vector embedding & indexing
Hybrid retrieval and grounded generation

Work hands-on with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, FILxGPT, and other foundation models.
Architect intelligent, agentic workflows that combine retrieval, generation, and tool execution.
Engineer and iterate on high-impact prompts and prompt chains for complex tasks.
Drive model governance, including versioning, monitoring, and bias/security auditing.
Collaborate across teams to scale AI services in production-grade environments.
Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–9 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Data Science
2+ years of hands-on work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic systems
Strong understanding and implementation experience in:

Prompt Engineering
Vector Databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
RAG architectures

Proficiency in:

Python
Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred)
Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
CI/CD tools for model and API deployments

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong ability to guide and mentor junior team members
