THE OPPORTUNITY: We are looking for a Release Manager to own and drive the end-to-end release process for our SaaS platform with multiple product lines. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing software releases across multiple customers, ensuring minimum disruption and effective communication to customers. This role requires a blend of technical awareness of software release management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, QA, DevOps, product, Engineering and customer success teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Release Planning & Coordination Own the release calendar and coordinate release timelines with engineering, product, QA and Devops. Serve as the primary point of contact for all release-related communication. Ensure effective communication to customers pre and post releases Release Execution Oversee DevOps team to manage releases through all environments (Dev → QA → UAT → Staging → Production). Ensure deployment processes (CI/CD pipelines, runbooks, rollback strategies) are followed consistently. Oversee production deployments, including go/no-go decisions and post-release monitoring. Tenant-Specific Release Management Plan and manage staged rollouts (pilot tenants → phased rollout → global release). Coordinate feature flags and tenant-specific deployment requirements. Ensure clear communication with customer-facing teams on release impact and timelines. Continuous Improvement Track and report release KPIs (deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR). Drive process improvements to increase release reliability and speed. Conduct release retrospectives and implement best practices. Planning and Organizational Plan releases by coordinating with multiple stake-holders Own and track the release plans WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Have Overall 12+ years of experience 8-10 years of experience in Release Management is needed with experience in managing releases of multiple SaaS product lines. Familiarity with Devops deployments CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps). Understanding of deployment strategies (blue-green, canary, rolling). Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (App Insights). Comfortable working with engineers to troubleshoot pipeline or release issues. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, ITIL change management, and release governance. Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, organizational and project management(monitoring and tracking) skills. Experience with multi-tenant SaaS environments, feature flags, and enterprise customer coordination will be an added advantage. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent systems that power next-generation features in our contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. You will work at the intersection of machine learning, software engineering, and agentic AI to create autonomous, goal-driven agents capable of reasoning, learning, and acting in dynamic environments. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Architect and implement scalable agentic AI systems that autonomously execute complex workflows and reason over legal data. Research, prototype, and productionize ML/DL models, especially in natural language processing and understanding (NLP/NLU). Build and deploy intelligent legal agents that can interpret documents, make decisions, and collaborate with users or other agents to complete multi-step tasks. Utilize modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph AutoGen, OpenAI Function Calling, Semantic Kernel) to build multi-agent workflows. WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 4+ Years of experience and a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or data science with a deep focus on machine learning and NLP. Demonstrated experience building or integrating agentic AI systems (e.g., AutoGPT-style agents, goal-oriented LLM pipelines, multi-agent frameworks). Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries such as HuggingFace Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Spacy. Experience developing and scaling ML models (including LSTMs, BERT, Transformers) for real-world applications. Understanding of LLM training (e.g., OpenAI, LLAMA, Falcon), embeddings, and prompt engineering. Hands-on experience with Reinforcement Learning (e.g., PPO, RLHF, RLAIF).
