What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop scalable GenAI pipelines, APIs, and microservices for both real-time and batch AI applications using frameworks such as FastAPI, Ray, and LangServe.Design robust prompt strategies for instruction-following, reasoning, and multi-turn conversations, with a strong focus on Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Lead embedding model selection and fine-tuning to optimise semantic search and domain-specific GenAI solutions.
• Oversee LLM Ops workflows including orchestration, deployment, rollback, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Drive fine-tuning efforts on large language models (LLMs) to tailor outputs for regulated and industry-specific contexts.
• Establish AI testing and evaluation frameworks (including hallucination detection, safety filters, regression tests, and output quality).
• Implement observability, lineage tracking, and CI/CD automation using MLOps tools like MLflow, Databricks, Azure ML, or Vertex AI.
• Lead continuous improvement based on telemetry, user feedback, and cost-performance trade-offs.
• Actively support pre-sales engagements and client solutioning with a consultative, business-outcome-first mindset.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years focused on Generative AI and LLMs.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), and GenAI frameworks.
• Deep understanding of vector search, RAG pipelines, embedding models, and model fine-tuning.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (MLflow, Airflow, Databricks, Azure ML,etc.).
• Experience in enterprise-grade solutioning and deploying LLMs in production environments.
• Strong leadership skills with experience guiding cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in a client-facing environment.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
