Collaborating closely with the CTO and the core engineering team, you will be involved in developing AI solutions that enhance crop yield, optimize water consumption, and support regenerative farming practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deploy advanced object detection, segmentation, and multi-head tracking models for Computer Vision Systems. - Build and manage scalable training pipelines using diverse field and sensor datasets for Data Pipelines. - Integrate Computer Vision models with robotics, drones, and IoT systems for Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration. - Leverage Azure Cloud services such as IoT Hub, Functions, CosmosDB, and Event Hubs for Cloud AI Deployment. - Apply mathematical and ML theory to optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and edge performance. - Co-architect INNOFarms.AI's Azure-powered smart farming platform for Platform Architecture. - Ensure secure AI systems by complying with AI ethics, data privacy, and global security standards. - Develop real-time control systems for autonomous decision-making in farms. - Collaborate with business/product teams to scale AI-led features into global markets for Strategic Collaboration. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in AI, SaaS, Cloud, or IoT development. - 3-5 years of specialized experience in Computer Vision including object detection, tracking, and segmentation. - Proficiency in OpenCV, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps workflows. - Deep experience in Azure Cloud services like IoT Hub, Event Hubs, Functions, CosmosDB, Blob, etc. - Strong expertise in image data pipelines and multi-head CV model development. - Startup mindset with qualities like being a self-starter, agile, and collaborative in fast-paced environments. - Bonus: Experience with global SaaS product scaling.
