Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager located in Puducherry, India. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for managing and leading an agency team to achieve business targets. The role includes recruiting and developing agents, monitoring their performance, providing training and support, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The Senior Agency Manager will also be involved in strategizing and implementing sales initiatives and maintaining customer relationships. Qualifications Skills in team management, leadership, and agent development Experience in sales strategies, customer relationship management, and performance monitoring Strong communication, training, and support skills Knowledge of compliance, company policies, and insurance products Proven track record in achieving business targets Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Ability to work on-site in Puducherry, India
