Max Life Insurance Company Limited is looking for Senior Agency Development Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Agency Recruitment Identifying and recruiting new independent insurance agencies to represent the company's products and services
Relationship Management Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing independent agencies, including regular communication, support, and collaboration Business Development Working with agencies to develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth Training and Development Providing training, coaching, and resources to agency partners to help them improve their sales and product knowledge Product Knowledge Staying up-to-date on the company's products and services, and educating agency partners on the benefits and features Market Analysis Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies as needed Performance Monitoring Monitoring agency performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement Sales Support Assisting agencies in achieving their sales goals, which may include helping with sales presentations, providing marketing materials, and resolving issues or concerns Compliance Ensuring that agencies are compliant with industry regulations and the company's policies and procedures
