What You’ll Do

• Guide prospective students through the entire admissions journey—from initial inquiry to enrollment and orientation.
• Design and implement counseling strategies to engage and support prospective learners.
• Build meaningful relationships with students, parents/guardians, educators, and institutional partners.
• Represent CareerChoice360 at career fairs, webinars, and other academic events.
• Monitor and analyze student engagement trends, lead conversions, and admission cycles to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Academic teams to ensure consistent communication and student-focused messaging.

What We’re Looking For

• A graduate in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (MBA or advanced qualification preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in student counseling, admissions, academic sales, or EdTech enrollment roles.
• Exceptional communication and consultative counseling skills with the ability to inspire trust and drive conversions.
• A target-oriented professional with a strong record of meeting or exceeding enrollment goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, lead management systems, and data analytics for admissions tracking.
• A strong passion for education and helping students make confident, well-informed decisions.
