Role Overview We are hiring International Admission Counselors who are passionate about global education and have a sales-driven mindset. This role involves guiding international students and professionals through program selection, admissions counseling, and enrollment processes while achieving sales targets through effective communication and lead conversion strategies. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Sales Conversion Engage with inbound and outbound international leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Explain Aimlay’s academic offerings, especially higher education (e.g., Ph.D., MBA, etc.), to convert leads into enrolled students. Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. Counseling & Enrollment Support Understand the educational goals, backgrounds, and professional aspirations of prospects. Provide personalized course and university recommendations based on global opportunities. Support clients in navigating admission processes including documentation and timeline planning. CRM & Reporting Maintain updated records in CRM tools, track communication history, and manage the admissions pipeline. Provide regular updates on conversions, follow-ups, and performance metrics to your manager. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with international clients. Serve as a point of contact throughout their academic journey, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Training & Market Intelligence Stay up-to-date with trends in international education, scholarships, visa regulations, and university admissions criteria. Attend internal training sessions and actively contribute to team discussions. Candidate Profile Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Counseling, or Business preferred). Experience Minimum 1 year in international admissions counseling, EdTech sales, or outbound international sales. Skills Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle international client calls and adapt to different cultural contexts. Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and online communication platforms.
