Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accounts Manager to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing or contracting environments and expert-level proficiency in Tally ERP.
Responsibilities
Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally (AP, AR, GL, bank/cash, journal entries)
Prepare monthly financial statements: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements
Supervise billing, invoicing, receivables, and vendor payments
Monitor job-wise costing, inventory valuation, and project profitability
Implement accounting SOPs and internal controls
Lead and mentor the accounts team
Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and internal departments
Qualifications
CA / CMA /M.com MBA (Finance) or equivalent
7–10 years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in a senior role
Hands-on expertise in Tally ERP (voucher entry, GST module, reconciliations)
Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws and statutory audit processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP integrations
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Performance Indicators
Timely monthly close and MIS submission
Zero audit observations and penalties
Improved receivable ageing and DSO
Accurate job costing and reconciliations
Team development and process improvements
Location: On-site at Nagapur MIDC, Ahmednagar
Benefits: As per company norms

Pay: ₹18,894.71 - ₹30,789.70 per month
