Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Molder to operate and maintain plastic molding machines. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection molding, blow molding, or thermoforming processes and a strong understanding of mold setup, cycle optimization, and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines.
• Monitor molding parameters and adjust settings for optimal output.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of molds and machines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:

• ITI or Diploma in Plastic Technology / Tool & Die / Mechanical.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic molding operations.
• Familiarity with mold changeover and troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of safety protocols in molding operations.
• Ability to read technical drawings and mold specifications.
• Experience with semi-automatic or fully automatic molding machines.
