Senior Accounts Manager

Job Title:

Position Purpose

To develop and manage a strong client base while selling a complete range of office technology products and solutions including Copiers, Scanners, Multi-Functional Devices, Software Solutions, Printers (Inkjet & Laser), Managed Document Solutions (MDS), Graphic Art Printing, NVS, and Camera solutions. This role involves direct B2B selling to enterprise customers.

Education

• Graduate (Mandatory)
  
• Post Graduate Diploma in Sales Management / MBA preferred
  

Experience

• 48 years of experience in B2B product sales
  
• Experience in OA/IT peripherals/Telecom industry preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed sales plans for existing accounts and potential verticals within the territory.
  
• Identify and penetrate new accounts; build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  
• Understand customer organizations, their office imaging setup, document management needs, and upcoming requirements.
  
• Generate a strong sales pipeline as per targets and maintain a healthy funnel.
  
• Propose hardware and software solutions; conduct product demonstrations or proofs of concept.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and promoting long-term brand loyalty.
  
• Update and analyze sales activities regularly on CRM systems.
  
• Support order execution, monitor project delivery, and manage change requirements.
  
• Assist in outstanding collections and ensure compliance with contracting requirements.
