Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on accounting knowledge, can work independently, and collaborates well with internal teams and auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, VAT, income tax, and other statutory compliance (as applicable)
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Mentor junior accounting staff when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA-Inter / M.Com preferred)
• 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
