Job Title Senior Accounts Executive Experience 5–6 years in accounting, finance, or a related role Female Candidates Only Preferred Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on accounting knowledge, can work independently, and collaborates well with internal teams and auditors. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and ledger scrutiny Ensure timely GST, TDS, VAT, income tax, and other statutory compliance (as applicable) Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and banks Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation Support month-end and year-end closing processes Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Mentor junior accounting staff when required Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA-Inter / M.Com preferred) 5–6 years of relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar) Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Preferred Attributes Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality Team-oriented with a proactive approach Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
