Senior Accounts Executive

The Accounts and Finance Executive is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, managing budgets, and driving financial strategy. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure financial health and compliance with regulations.

Skills Must have:

Tally(ERP 9) knowledge is a must (has worked on Tally? How many months/years Tally experience)

Good knowledge on Excel and excel formulas (how to use Pivots, what is Vlookup formula and what are its uses, Charts)

Responsibilities: - Add Self Score and which are their areas of interest from the below.

Statutory compliances such as TDS, Income Tax, GST, Professional Tax, Employee Provident Fund etc.

Knowledge of payroll and calculation of individual taxation and other statutory laws like PF

GST Monthly returns GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B, Annual GSTR audit and reconciliation, GST Refund application and documentation

Coordination with financial institutions, banks and interface with all related external agencies

Client invoicing and Accounts Receivables

Vendor Accounts payables and employee reimbursements

Bank reconciliation

Finalization of Accounts and Audit

Timesheets review and Billability reports

Creating Various Monthly MIS Reports

Accounting in Tally (ERP 9) Day to day JVs and voucher entries in Tally, reconcile open items

Pay: From ₹450,000.00 per year
