Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Senior Accounts Executive

to join our Accounts Department. The role demands strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and supporting senior management in key financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and general ledger managementManage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and follow-upsPrepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returnsAssist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closingMaintain and reconcile bank statements and cash flowGenerate MIS reports for management reviewCoordinate with internal teams and external auditors for financial auditsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and company policiesSupport budgeting, forecasting, and expense control processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Accounting3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance rolesProficient in

Tally ERP

,

MS Excel

, and accounting softwareSound knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Indian accounting standardsFamiliarity with audit processes and statutory compliance

Key Competencies

Accuracy and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesEthical conduct and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the beauty, healthcare, wellness, or retail service industry is an added advantageWorking knowledge of payroll processing is a plus
