Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4+ years of hands-on recruitment experience in the pharmaceutical and IT sectors. This is an internal role, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to join our dynamic team in India, ensuring we have the right people to deliver exceptional results for our clients in the US market. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand team needs and define candidate profiles for various functions within Dexterous Solutions. Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. Screen and assess candidates for both technical and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with our company values and mission. Coordinate and conduct interviews, provide feedback, and facilitate a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain accurate recruitment records, reports, and metrics to track progress and inform hiring decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical and IT recruitment, adapting strategies as needed. Champion employer branding initiatives to position Dexterous Solutions as an employer of choice in the Indian talent market. Support onboarding and integration of new hires for a smooth transition into the team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong track record in pharmaceutical and IT recruitment. Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions, in a fast-paced, startup environment. Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience working with international teams or US-based companies is a plus. Why Join Us?
