Senior Accountant / Senior Finance Executive

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations:

   Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP, process invoices, handle accounts payable/receivable

• Reporting:

   Prepare financial statements, assist with budgeting and forecasting, reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts

• Compliance:

   File GST and TDS returns, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain audit documentation

• Bookkeeping:

   Maintain ledgers with journals for sales, purchases, and expenses; support internal and external audits

Required Qualifications:

Experience and Education:

• 2-4 years experience in any industry

  (Preferred Trading or Minerals industry)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• Proven experience with Tally ERP, GST filing, and TDS compliance
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation laws
• Experience with financial software and modern accounting tools
• Expertise in bookkeeping for sales, purchases, and expenses
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong time management and ability to work independently
• Team-oriented approach with problem-solving capabilities
