Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a President - NBFC Insurance at Srivay Industries located in Hyderabad. The President will oversee the financial operations of the non-banking financial company (NBFC) and ensure compliance with insurance regulations. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing risk assessment, leading insurance product development, and monitoring financial performance. Qualifications Experience in financial management, risk assessment, and insurance regulations Leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans Knowledge of non-banking financial company (NBFC) operations Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Certifications in insurance or risk management are a plus

Core Responsibilities:- • Identify and approach potential investors (equity, debt, VC, PE, etc.) • Create compelling investment pitches and financial models • Negotiate deal terms and execute fundraise transactions • Manage investor relations and reporting • Strategize capital structure and financial planning • Liaise with legal and compliance teams for due diligence Educational Background:- • Preferred Degrees: • MBA (Finance or Strategy) • CA (Chartered Accountant) • CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) • Master’s in Finance or related fields • Certifications (optional but helpful): • CFA, CPA, Investment Banking certifications Experience:- • 5–15+ years in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate finance • Proven track record of closing funding rounds or raising capital • Experience in the same industry as the company (e.g., tech, real estate, infra)
