Job Title: Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations Location: Hyderabad Company: Srivay Industries Limited Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO ⸻ About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Fundraising & Investor Relations to lead our efforts in raising capital, building strong investor relationships, and managing financial partnerships. This role is critical for securing funding through equity, debt, and private channels, and maintaining trust with financial institutions, private financiers, and investors. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement fundraising strategies for equity, debt, and alternative finance options. • Identify and engage with banks, NBFCs, HNIs, family offices, private equity, and venture capital firms for funding opportunities. • Negotiate and close term loans, working capital facilities, bank guarantees, letters of credit, and structured financing deals. • Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and investor presentations. • Build and maintain strong investor relations, ensuring transparency and timely communication. • Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and all statutory requirements related to fundraising and investments. • Work closely with internal teams on cash flow planning and capital allocation. • Represent the company in investor meetings, roadshows, and industry networking events. ⸻ Requirements & Qualifications • Education: MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification. • Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in corporate finance, fundraising, investment banking, or related roles. • Proven track record in raising capital (equity & debt) and managing large financial transactions. • Strong network of contacts in banks, NBFCs, HNIs, PE/VC firms, and private financiers. • Deep knowledge of financial structuring, debt syndication, and investment instruments. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
