Core Responsibilities: - Identifying and engaging potential investors from equity, debt, VC, PE, etc. - Developing persuasive investment pitches and financial models - Negotiating deal terms and overseeing fundraise transactions - Managing investor relations and reporting activities - Formulating capital structure and financial planning strategies - Collaborating with legal and compliance teams for due diligence processes Educational Background: Preferred Degrees: - MBA (Finance or Strategy) - CA (Chartered Accountant) - CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) - Masters in Finance or related fields Certifications (optional but advantageous): - CFA, CPA, Investment Banking certifications Experience: - 5-15+ years in investment banking, private equity, VC, or corporate finance - Demonstrated success in closing funding rounds or raising capital - Industry-specific experience (e.g., tech, real estate, infra) is beneficial for this role,
