Head of Fundraising

You will be joining YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals), a registered charity based in Mumbai, founded in 2010 by four passionate animal lovers. YODA is committed to improving human-animal co-existence through various initiatives aimed at preventing animal cruelty. The organization provides medical services for abandoned, injured, or ill-treated homeless animals, offers behavioral rehabilitation, shelters and rehabilitates homeless or elderly animals, conducts vaccinations and sterilizations, and raises awareness on critical animal welfare issues. As the Head of Fundraising at YODA, your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing fundraising strategies - Managing relationships with major donors - Organizing fundraising campaigns and events - Securing philanthropy and charitable contributions - Ensuring effective communication with stakeholders To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Experience in Major Donors and Philanthropy - Skills in Communication and Fundraising - Knowledge of Charities and Non-Profit Organizations - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field - Proven track record in securing large donations and funding - Existing network of individuals and organizations to tap into,
