Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Head of Fundraising. In this role, you will lead and execute fundraising initiatives, develop and maintain relationships with major donors, and create innovative strategies for philanthropic engagement. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential funding opportunities, managing relationships with charities and philanthropists, and representing TruBot AI at events. You will also collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising goals with the organization's mission and ensure long-term sustainability.

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head Fundraising Officer to lead our efforts in securing investment and driving financial growth. Your ability to build relationships, craft compelling pitches, and secure funding will be critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

● Fundraising Strategy & Execution – Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising roadmap.

● Investor Relations & Networking – Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial stakeholders.

● Pitch Development & Presentations – Create and deliver compelling investor pitches, showcasing our AI solutions' potential.

● Financial Forecasting & Planning – Collaborate with leadership to develop accurate financial projections.

● Funding Round Management – Lead and manage funding rounds, ensuring preparedness for due diligence.

● Market Insights & Trend Analysis – Stay ahead of investment trends and identify new funding opportunities.

● Company Valuation & Brand Positioning – Enhance our profile, emphasizing growth potential and AI-driven disruption.

Qualification & Attributes:

● 15+ years of proven experience in securing funding for startups, with a strong investor network.

● Ability to craft persuasive pitches and confidently engage with investors.

● Hands-on, self-driven approach to securing funding and scaling startups.

● Ability to align fundraising strategies with company growth objectives.

● Ability to navigate early-stage fundraising challenges and pivot as needed.

● Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a dynamic environment.

● Connections with angel investors, venture capitalists, and strategic partners in AI/SaaS (preferred but not required).

• Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST / 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST

• Compensation: Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary
