About the Role

Export Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute export strategies for USA & Middle East markets
• Identify new opportunities in oil drilling, pharmaceuticals, coatings, and plastics industries
• Build long-term partnerships with oil companies, pharma firms, and chemical distributors
• Achieve revenue and margin growth targets
• Lead contract negotiations and manage large B2B sales cycles
• Oversee export documentation, compliance, logistics, and demand forecasting
• Represent the company in international exhibitions and trade shows (OTC, ADIPEC, etc.)

Qualifications:

• 12–15 years of international sales/export management experience
• 7–10 years in

  mining, minerals, chemicals, or related sectors

• Proven track record in

  USA and/or Middle East markets

• Knowledge of

  barium sulphate applications

  (oil & gas drilling fluids, pharma imaging, coatings, plastics)
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in handling large contracts
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Chemical Engineering / Business / International Trade

  (MBA preferred)
• Fluency in

  English

  (Arabic is a strong advantage)
