Role Overview

Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth & Revenue

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across domestic and global markets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in industrial metals, rare earth elements, granite, and CRGO steel.
  • Expand distributor, trader, and client networks in targeted geographies.
  • Marketing & Brand Development

  • Create and implement integrated

    sales and marketing campaigns

    to promote Srivays full product range.
  • Position Srivay as a trusted supplier through

    digital, trade, and sustainability-driven marketing

    .
  • Represent Srivay at global trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Client & Partner Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, market reports, and performance analysis to the leadership team.
  • Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Set performance metrics, provide training, and ensure accountability for results.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in

    industrial sales and B2B marketing

    with proven revenue growth achievements.
  • Deep understanding of

    mining value chains, commodity markets, and global trade practices

    .
  • Ability to

    close high-value deals

    in domestic and international markets.
  • Skilled in

    negotiation, contract management, and key account handling

    .
  • Proficiency in

    digital sales tools

    , CRM systems, and online lead generation.
  • Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
  • Data-driven decision-making and market analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    MBA or Masters in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or related field.
  • Experience:

  • 10+ years in

    sales & marketing leadership

    roles.
  • Experience in

    mining, metals, minerals, commodities trading, or heavy industry

    is preferred.
  • International business development experience is highly desirable.
