Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Standing Counsel, located in Hyderabad. The Legal Standing Counsel will be responsible for handling various legal issues, providing legal advice, and preparing legal documents. Key tasks include contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and offering legal support for the company's operations. The role involves close collaboration with different departments to address legal challenges and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law and handling Legal Issues
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Legal Document Preparation
• Ability to provide sound Legal Advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Experience in the corporate legal sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification
• Appearance in courts (High Courts, District Courts across Jurisdictions
• Filling a Vakalatnama
• Giving Submissions & participating in arguments and cross examination
• Creation of Evidences (Including PWs & DWs)
• Proper Understanding of Jurisprudence
• Equipped in handling both civil and criminal matters
• 5 - 8 years of Experience and updated with the current laws both local and national
