Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We're looking for a seasoned Senior Accountant with 10+ years of experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. The role involves providing high-level financial reporting, budgeting, and financial planning support to senior management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Reporting: Prepare complex financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting. 3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. 4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. 5. Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior accountants, providing guidance and support. 6. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including management, operations, and external auditors. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role. - Professional certification (CPA, ACA, or equivalent). - Strong technical accounting skills, including financial reporting and analysis. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. - Strong organizational and time management skills.
